VICTOR LLEWELLYN
Victor, a native of Montgomery County, is proud to call Montgomery County home. Born, raised, and lived here his entire life, Victor is familiar with schools, parks, and neighborhoods throughout the county.
As a 3rd generation Realtor, Victor offers his clients over 30 years of real estate sales experience which includes nearly 2,000 career homes sold. Victor has used his expert negotiating skills and superior marketing strategies to continuously maintain a position as the top-selling agent in Rockville, Md. for the past 20 years and a top ten spot amongst Realtors in Montgomery County for many years as well. In 2016 Victor was #36 out of over 11,000 agents in all of Long & Foster for the number of units sold. Victor’s love for the business and for his clients.
PAUL LLEWELLYN
Paul has also lived in Montgomery County his entire life. As a 4th generation Realtor who was been involved in over 900 transactions, Paul’s business savvy and sales experience matches those of move industry veterans. Whether representing buyers or sellers, investors or families, Paul brings a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and determination to each transaction.
ERIK CHHUT
Erik Chhut is also another Montgomery County native for his entire life. Working alongside Victor and Paul, Erik has been involved in over 600 transactions since joining the Llewellyn Group. Armed with an abundance of sales experience and vast knowledge of the local market, Erik’s ability to navigate a transaction is superb.
ANNA LLEWELLYN
Anna, Victor’s daughter, was born and raised in Montgomery County. She is also a 4th generation realtor, who decided to pursue real estate during her college years. She graduated top of her class from High Point University with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Economics.
Anna loves working alongside clients through the home buying and/or selling process. She has a wonderful listening ear for clients and works hard to ensure that transactions run smoothly and efficiently. She is excited to be learning the family business and hopes to help keep the #1 team in Rockville going strong!
